Iga

I wish I had the money to find out.

everything but the bosses
holy shit the bosses are bad

not much

definitely not the graphics or the first two dev teams that got fired

>I wish I had the money to find out.
how do you not have $40

Actually good gameplay

Are any of them as bad as scylla from SotN? That might be the most pathetic joke of a boss in any game I've ever played
>jump onto nearest column
>throw a few holy waters
>win in literally 5 seconds even with zero grinding

yeah. I think I killed the stained glass spider in like 10 seconds

SotN, as a whole, is pretty pathetic.

People asked for something specific, people got that specific thing

the only good fights in Bloodstained is the two zangetsu fights and maybe the first form of the final boss. The rest are just really basic fights. Its really sad that most of the bosses are just from the Inti creates budget game but have virtually none of the depth.

There's two kinds of crowd funded projects, ones that are out of ernest passion for what they do, and the ones that want to prove they're better than AAA by demanding your money.

I think iga genuinely liked making igavanias, and they crowdfunded this game because konami is basically dead. All they want to do is play pachinko now.

The porn parody.

>made by Iga
>actually listening to fans and critical reception
>a love letter to Castlevania fans

I'd be amazed if this game turned out shit after all that.

dude....just pirate it

the game is way too good to not play it, just pirate it and buy later on steam GoG or w/e for like a buck

Almost everything. Against all odds this game is fucking solid.

they copied the formula of an already succesful game and repackaged it

How the fuck do I invert? It says W/S + Space but no combination of that appears to do anything.

is esentially aria of sorrow, you see thats the trick, you make a good game almost 20 years ago,and them when most people dont remember it,bam, you go and make it again, but this time with a waifu, iga a fucking genius,i cant wait 20 years more to see the next aria of sorrow

I would play the same game every 20 years with minor changes if the game is good enough. Why wouldn't you? Pokemon does the same thing, except instead of every 20 years it's every year or two.

Not the bosses and soundtrack, that's for sure

I'd more call it a combination of SotN and AoS

For some developers, like Game Freak, this is a bad thing. For other developers, like Sonic Team, this would be incredible. I would rather have had Sonic's last 20 years be full of derivative copies of Sonic 1-3 and SA1, SA2, and Heroes instead of all the garbage experimentation.

it also has the item crafting from dawn of sorrow

user this game is far more expansive than Aria and longer. I was done with Aria in 8 hrs and I'm still playing here with like only 35% item collection and 50% map
