it's a wide resolution but the image is not stretched. I don't know what you are struggling with here. the game is on pc and be be output at any resolution you desire that doesn't change the aspect ratio of the polygons.

Try resizing it manually to 1920x1440, she will still have a noticeable difference in size between calves and thighs and she will still be more on the thicc side than the anorexic one.
