HItman 2016/2018 (same thing really) is seriously one of the greatest games I've ever played. It's a shame so many people write it off just because you have to be online to unlock challenges.

There's no way she was still in the car at 45 minutes. Keep in mind that race ends on a set timer and she exits the track. Other races keep going afterwards. It can't possibly be more than 30 minutes for the race to finish. Her and her daddy were probably lying unconscious under the explosive he remotely triggered.
If her body was on top of the other guy, then it's possible she didn't die in the explosion. She could have died from the fall if that was her flying through the air.

That's probably why, it's reported to have millions a day again. I do hope that it releasing on Steam as F2P gives it life though, I actually enjoy it.
Once it does drop on Steam I'll probably start playing again. Give it some time to build up more content. It had gotten to a point that it was just becoming mundane to play, plus what was left of the community was more or less a bunch of people who part timed the game and were pretty worthless for Raids and PvP.

Diablo/PSO style FPS. That's the only reason I got into it, but the RPG for the weapons was removed in Initial D2, but brought back later in Forsaken so it became the Diablo style random gear grind again. Which is enjoyable to see progression. The problem was that D2 launched like it was D1 pre-Taken King. Which was fucking horrible. Same reason I'm enjoying Anthem, I didn't buy it though, came with my card. I fell in love with slow paced gear/level progression games since I played PSO 1/2 on GC like 18-9 years ago.

user, End game of Anthem is complete shit and I know it. But I'm not there yet. I'm only level 23, but it's still enjoyable. Going to drop it hard once get to GM3 or what ever the last tier of difficulty is is just pure ass.
The only way to play it is to join the developer's server and play with them directly. Even if you arrange for your school or whatever to play it, it's a one time thing.
They're actually dynamic. Play the game.

The timer probably includes restarts. If the race was over you wouldn't see green and red car going toe to toe, this only happens during the race. Also you'd see "non-target killed" when the red car crashes.
