im 25 hours in ,my goty this year time to finish the item and the monster list achivement

I pirated the Switch version and dropped it after 2 hours because it's unplayable on that platform.

I don't think my computer can run it.

While the game is very enjoyable he's right, a lot of the time it looks hideous. It's straight up amateurish.

Luckily the mechanics are really good and it has a a lot of content, i just wish it wasn't so easy.

It's a fun game but jesus is it janky.
The jump delay, the horrible freeze in place while you do one lengthy attack animation weapons, how cheap everything looks, the hit boxes, the fact all weapons are useless in comparison to two or three spells that break the difficulty completely and render every enemy even bosses defenceless.

It's fun, I won't return it, but christ it's indie.

- haven't played any other bloodstained game
- haven't played any castlevania-like games other than the first castlevania and curse of issyos, both for about an hour each, so i'm not even sure yet if i like this type of games
- i have a backlog so i have other games to play for the moment

but obviously that wasn't the reply you were looking for, in fact you're only here to either shill this game or you made this thread as an excuse to circlejerk about it with others who liked it, just like any other thread that asks "durr why you no play dis gaem yet???", instead of just outright saying "hey Yea Forums, what do you think of this game? i liked it" like any normal person would

Im finding hard mode to be a nice challenge so far, but I only just beat the 2nd boss. I tried Nightmare and everything 1-2 shots you, so maybe try that?

I'll get it when it's at least 50% off.
