The episode in general had giant plot holes and all you can focus on is the skin. The entire thing was absurd. No majority of a race would behave in this manner no matter how much /pol/ has diluted your brain.

The married guy's bro could only get off if it was the married guy, though. If it was anyone else, he couldn't feel the same intensity/intimacy. Also, they end up kissing in real life.

Maybe the married guy was just enjoying the rush of fucking someone who was forever young, fresh and way different from the girl he's been married to for so long. He didn't seem happy with his marriage at all in the beginning, like things were hella dull. So since he had someone new and could literally never get caught, it was way better for him.
