>game is 30FPS
Game is 30FPS
>game is running at 60hz
>game is 59fps
>omg 60fps yessssssss
>no difference between 60 and 30 because of game design
wtf
who cares
A 4k monitor costs $3000
(you)
I used to not be able to tell the difference until I got a new monitor. I played on a shitty Best Buy brand 720p/60Hz LCD television for almost ten years after my CRT monitor died, and I could swear up and down in 30 vs 60 threads that I couldn't tell the difference. Now I'm on a 144hz monitor and can easily tell between 120fps and 60fps.
>Physics are tied to fps and cause bugs over 30 fps
>75hz monitor
>even 60 fps looks like shit now
I can't imagine having a better monitor now
>normies are actually too stupid/apathetic to notice the difference
>or literally don't care if the game runs at 5fps as long as it looks gorgeous in doctored screenshots
>fps is uncapped by default so better PCs will hit hundreds of frames and make the game unplayable
>game is online multiplayer
Ocarina of Time is the greatest video game of all time and it only runs at 20 FPS (except on the file select screen and pause menu).
144hz looks blurry as shit on an IPS the response time is too slow and the MPRT is still way too high.
A CRT running at 60fps still looks clearer in motion.
>Ocarina of Time is the greatest video game of all time
hola reddit
The human eye can't see more than 30 fps anyway
>played on a toaster for so long that my brain is tricked into tolerating barely double digit framerates
>graphics: on/off
Totalbiscuit is dead, you can stop carrying his torch.
someone get this hothead outta here.
remember when diehard console fanboys would argue for hours on Yea Forums saying theres no difference
those were simpler times
>ITT: zoomers unable to handle kino-vision
n64 games ran at like 22fps i bet you would have been VERY upset!
this crashes the crashfags
