I have a small desire to just make a TF2 Smash fan game. Whenever I see these Heavy in Smash threads, I end up spending a lot of time thinking of potential movesets for all the classes.

Medic, at his core, would really be unfitting in anything but a doubles setting.

valve was working with nintendo on a half-life rts game for the switch. that alone gives me some hope that nintendo would have some interest in getting our boy in. i can at least imagine a gravity gun grab and maybe a gluon gun final smash.

well for better or worse the half-life game got cancelled. i would have been happy to see any kind of half-life content from valve to show that they care and the franchise isn't doomed but after artifact there's no telling how subpar the game would have been.

SEGA did a crossover for TF2 for Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed. It's not entirely implausible.

A lot of smash characters can't jump in their own games to begin with, let alone double jump.
