What are the biggest failures for Switch?

What are the biggest failures for Switch?

There is ARMS, 1-2 Switch, Travis Strikes Again, and the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield.

What's next?

Sushi Striker and Boxboy

How is 1-2 Switch a failure when it outsold some of the biggest western games in Japan

>1-2 Switch
>failure
ahahahahahaha

Let's Go and the shitfest that was Detective Pikachu has effectively killed worldwide interest in the franchise, from here on out it'll be surprising if it manages to hit Digimon levels of sales.

>I didn't like the game so it's a failure

LMFAO can you hear yourself? In what bizarro fantasy world are you living in?

The Switch hardly has any games that are worth talking about except for less than 20. Anyway, wasn't Super Mario Maker 2 criticized or something?

other publishers wish they could "fail" like that

>Pokemon Sword and Shield
i'm sorry honey but it's going to sell millions of copies no matter how much you cry and seethe

You Pokeniggers will never learn

>2m+ sellers
>made a profit
>failures

Ironically enough, this is the very reason why it will still sell millions.

That's exactly why Sword and Shield will be a massive success. Pokefags love whatever shit you put in front of tgem.

So bad that you can't even find sales figures and they wound up porting it to PC and PS4

>Anyway, wasn't Super Mario Maker 2 criticized or something?
For no online play with friends but that didn't affect people's view of the game or whether or not they would buy it.
Regardless of that they fixed it.

Almost everyone I know with a switch bought one of those Pokémon games.

It sold more than DMC V.

What did?

>1-2 Switch
Not a failure
>the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield
SADLY not a failure.

Arms

>Pokefags love whatever shit you put in front of tgem
Nope, normies do, just like they play for Fifa every year. 80% of /vp/ can't stop hating on Masuda since XY.

Detective Pikachu was one of the highest grossing movies of the year.

Travis Strikes Again is literally a prologue game to treat the fans with the bombshell at the end of the game and get people hyped for NMH3. I think they knew it wasn't gonna sell like hotcakes.

Only one in that list that can be counted as a 'failure' is Travis Strikes Again, but even still we're getting No More Heroes 3, so it couldn't have been THAT big of one if it still did it's objective. Even though Pokemon's got hate, there's still at least 2mil+ who'll buy it just because 'it's pokemon'.

I don't think Sushi striker broke 100k, boxboy did though. Honestly the only games that have done 'poorly' are those that are indie, or just lesser known titles in general. If I had to make a guess on "Games that will do poorly" though, that Dark Crystal one looks kinda jank. Even for those in want of new tatics style games and Fire Emblem isn't giving them their fix, I doubt they'll bite at that. Contra Rouge Corps might end up as well? A lot of people are already giving it sass, and Contra doens't have the draw power it did back in the 90's. So it's only got the hardcore crowd really interested i it, and they don't seem happy with the current visuals nor gameplay end.

I love her so much.

I bet she got a nice fat ass and thick thighs under those pants

ARMS is a financial success
TSA sold about as many as Grasshopper hoped for, and it has the best combat system of the series so far.
1-2 Switch is some bullshit, but it sold a ton
Pokemon Sword and Shield are gonna sell 7-8 million and you fucking know it

suda doesn't consider TSA a failure, which is all that really matters.
anyway, ARMS was great and sold pretty well. it even had ongoing support with new content for a full year, and multiplayer events only ended just recently.

Apparently TSA did better than Grasshopper expected according to Suda himself. And that's nice

And lets be honest here, Suda games are almost always Niche.

>failures
man you really dont know what that means do you?

ARMS was hyped up by everyone here because it was the first exclusive for the console. I doubt it sold poorly. New games on new consoles tend to do well, don't they?

People like to ignore that it outside SFv

Arms is a dead franchise. You're deluded if you think they are making a sequel.

I'm still surprised 1-2 Switch wasn't a pack in title or already on the system like the 3ds' face raiders and ar games.

Arms sold millions
1-2 switch sold over a million

Fuck off retard

>ARMS
2 million sold
>1-2 Switch
3 million sold
>Travis Strikes Again
Multiplat
>and the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield.
Will sell over 10 million

I never understand Yea Forums obsession with declaring this game a flop.

most of those games has sold millios, how are they a failure?

Specify commercial failure or bad game when you start the thread, idiot.
Arms was neither, albeit not the highest selling game and being rather bare-bones despite it's good core gameply.

Some even consider XB2 a flop when that only needed AT MOST 600,000 copies sold to be profitable. So consider all the games OP mention to have an even lower budget than that.

Whats up with every single fucktard saying that ARMS is a failure?

4 million sales is a failure?

Why wouldn't they? It sold gangbusters amd still has online events.

IT'S A MEME YOU DIP, NINTENDO BAAAAAD

>Still

They ended due to a lack of interest.

ARMS is a great game. It reminds me of Custom Robo in a sense
