There can't be a "mini". The Joycons are an integral part of the console and games.

I hope so. I haven't played a lot of games on the Switch,
but one game that pisses me off is Octopath Traveler.

I think he's referring to the size. Also, Tegra X2 would be pointless since it's not made for games in mind. Our best bet is hoping Nintendo uses 10nm or 7nm on the manufacturing process. This would mean that, while not necessarily more powerful, the Switch Mini would be more energy efficient. But this is Nintendo we're talking about. They're definitely going to cheap out on it.
