That's just Naked manipulating Venom into assuming his role, while also doubling as a meta joke that "haha player = protagonist, it's (You) :))", so Venom takes care of OH while he goes to Foxhound. I don't believe it quite literally means Venom IS Big Boss.

Every kind-of-RPG game these days that you can change your character's appearance has a pony-tail option, tardo, even more so open-world games so you can have more motion going on the PC.

Nothing in MGSV added onto Naked's personality or actions, and Skullface even says that MGSV is a game about nothing and how he and Venom will be eventually forgotten. There's literally no story worth any talking in MGSV

If we're going to go by the leaked script on /r/NeverBeGameOver and say it's true then it said nothing about Big Boss having any devious intent to manipulate his body double through the speech in the Truth ending.
Rather, the script implies that he, out of selflessness was very genuine and sentimental for the body double, or rather, the player to be Big Boss, sharing his legend, legacy and story.

I was left saying "wait, what, thats it over?" like there needed to be an actual final encounter of some sort or a structured encounter, not just another random mission and a completely unrelated cutscene to what you were just doing starts at the end of it.

I liked MGSV, I really did, but Im not about to say it was some amazing experience, I feel like it was rushed past a point, like, very obviously so.
