This argument is stupid, programming can not be learned by everyone, and only a small amount of people who know it are good enough to create something that will actually be revolutionary or a huge money idea. When computers did not exist these people were not good at anything else, and had menial jobs, so they should stop acting so smug about it. Everyone has a different skill they are good at, don’t act like everyone has to be a programmer or they are dumb to make yourself feel superior.

Coding has been breached by code monkeys. I'm not even joking it is cheaper to get a code monkey than getting an American coder. Also 25% of American coders are code moneys as well.
It's hard to get a job with code monkeys but all you really have to do is put everything on your github and hope someone sees the resume you sent in.
