For an indie platformer and especially a Kikestarter game, it controls very well and there's definitely a good deal of effort and polish put into it, only let down by how short it is before DLC (which is otherwise seamless) gets involved. There's modding support which is good though.

Deathly fucking short and the character models are way fucking off of the concept art (that they show you fucking everywhere, including load screens) which is bizarre because I know who the modeler is and he's capable.

To me is just looks like a random mess of objects put together without any logic. Game has no artistic direction.

Realistically, as the other user said anyone who wasn't going to play it anyway are the only ones who are going to care. It's quite literally just two decals in a subway full of corrupt cats, if anything it's weird because literally nothing else in the game has any relation to trannies, so the flags are just there for no real reason. You could probably even pass it off as any random graffiti.

On the other hand, some self-proclaimed lefties complained about JonTron voicing a character (a blind bird in 2-1) that only appears once at all, so I guess they're just playing both sides if anything.

There are A LOT of things in a hat in time that probably shouldn't be in a kids game.
