All versions will have a healthy playerbase at least for the first few months, online is fucked right now apparently.

I bought the Xbox version. I don't recommend it.
I found a game instantly, get in and everyone is teleporting across the track, items vanish, and after a lap I always get set to 1st place.
I literally did a lap and then stopped to see what would happen, a few minutes later the match ended, I got 1st as well as I assume everyone else did.

happens on both ps4 and x1 soooo.....
