Also your cat may be anxious and thus is eliminating on places it wouldn't normally. Perhaps something new to the environment is causing it distress?

1)it's so fucking dirty even a cat doesn't want to use it
2)cat's sick and has associated pain/illness with going to the shitter-box
3)you're a shit pet-owner

I suggest you clean the shitter and get the cat to the vet. It might have kidney issues, constipation or a UTI. They tend to get those from cat-food.

Try cleaning your litter box more often. You're also supposed to have extra litter boxes for them. Your cat may also not like the litter you have or something around their litter box that is scaring them away. Try a litter attractant as well

Sounds like it could be a stress thing. Try hemp oil treats or you can go to the extreme and ask your vet to put him on Prozac if doing the litter box tricks don't help
