If it's my second shower I don't need to lather up or anything. If anything it's usually just a quick rinse. Though what you say is right but I only need to shampoo my hair once a week or two weeks since doing it too much is bad since you lose your hair's natural oils.

Showering every single day is excessive unless you work labor. You can get by every other day without any smell or filth. People showering more than once a day are just people with brain problems.

even once a day is bad for you, user. Every few days is actually the 'best' way, but isn't actually the social acceptable one because depending on location you'll generally start to stink at that point - though it can be fine to leave your hair unwashed because most of the natural oils are stripped by nearly every shampoo there is. Especially if you're a person who has heavy stress sweating or it's just plain hot af or your work is labor-intensive.
