See, even Leon makes derpy faces sometimes. The facial animation is inconsistent. Claire on the train at the end of Leon's scenarios looks so bad, for example. Her upper lip curls up way above her gums while she smiles, very unnaturally. And she's like this for several seconds.
Maybe it's because they decided to add in the B scenarios late in development and had to rush making those cutscenes?

Do mods not work on the pirated version or something, is it too outdated? It's literally drag n' drop for these mods, but they ain't working.

You need to have the DLC costumes in order to replace them with new skins. You can just fake having them though if you put some blank files in the right places. Download and install this mod (old version):
residentevilmodding.boards.net
then launch the game and see if you can select Claire's Military and Noir costumes. Once you can do that you can install other mods over those costumes normally. To add the Elza walker DLC outfits, just add copy one of the 920563 or 920562 folders and rename it to 920564 in your RE2 directory

It changes her from being babyfaced to just looking like a weird-looking teenager. She is never more attractive w/ the face mods; at most she is the same, but with the flaws in different places (and it always looks unnatural).
I hate seeing people using these mods on her and posting screens of her with them on. They will never be able to get her to look anything like OG Claire so I don't know why they try. Capcom's spotty animating is not the fault of the shape of her face
