Actually the "throw technical", used to escape throws was introduced in the Street Fighter III series, the mechanic also returns in Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter X Tekken, and is referred to as a Throw Escape in the latter, Street Fighter V has them as well. To my knowledge, however, you are unable to "tech throws" in neither Street Fighter 2 or Street Fighter 2 Turbo.

I had an incredibly george/larry moment a month or two ago.
I got hurt at work and ended up in a light duty "back to work" program working at a non-profit thrift store that funds a program for adults with autism. They have volunteers from their program who also work at the store and they call them "friends", and since they're autistic the people usually have this condescending voice when talking to them.
A lady affiliated with the program came in one day while I was working and said I was doing "such a good job" with that same voice and I spent the next hour being slightly pissed off that she assumed I was autistic because I was working there. Maybe that was just her personality, but it still got to me.
