No. And I really, really hope they don't try.
Also, eSports is cancer.

I'm ready for VI desu sempai

SFV isn't even alive right now.
So no.

This makes even less sense

Is that George?

It's a production shot from the episode where George finds an old Street Fighter arcade machine he played as a kid and got a high score on.

George has amazing taste in games.

T-theyll announce something at CEO right bros

Anyone else remember that episode where George got a date with Samus? That was a classic.

SFV support has been expliclty stated to end in 2020 before it even release
Why would it even try to last for 5 more year?

That was Frogger you idiot.

>PS1's angle is wrong
>not lit from below
>glass is not shooped back over the ps1
>cord is still visible where it doesn't make sense
>metroid prime and super mario sunshine display still visible
>metroid prime logo still visible on the black podium thing
>janky background cloning leaving hard edges everywhere
>the line on the white canvas from near the guy's neck doesn't get continued
>the gamecube logo's tips on the top display are still visible
>more shoddy cloning inside, what the fuck man there's literally no excuses there
It hurts to look at.

I was going to say that it made more sense without the shop, but it makes even less sense now.

He look fucking PISSED. Probably one of those people who thought Prime was a disgrace to Metroid and thought it going first person was a travesty.

Based boomer.

>make a thread with this image
>it shows up in multiple threads the very same day
never cease to amaze me, Yea Forums

I agree with George here, except there's nothing wrong with Prime being an FPS.
Hell, it barely is one. It's not a combat-focused game.

pretty sure that post is fake but he was right to be cautiously optimistic. that's what most people felt about prime before it came out

I'm certain it's not George's post, but I'm also certain it's a real post taken from an old forum.

>not wanting to play frogger with him

>IT'S CALLED ZONING, JERRY!

>it barely is one
It's more mechanically complex than fucking Halo, isn't that sad.
But yes, it's more similar in tone and pacing to King's Field or something.

I agree, but in practice this is difficult since it takes a lot of resources to make any game really, let alone a 3D one in the 90s/00s.
Truth is only one of those teams would get the full attention and resources that the game deserves and it makes more sense to focus on the 3D game in that case.

It's only complex in a bad way because it doesn't use the c-stick for camera movement.

why is this guy so thicc

Pretty sure SFV was dead on arrival.

I'd say that simplifies it. Strafing as a default, while hideously better in every situation and utterly natural to everyone who isn't a nip, is technically more complex than tank controls.

But I was thinking more the Unreal-dashing, visor types, 4 weapons with various applications compared to 2 that deal different amounts of damage, platforming heavy arenas, so on.
It's pointing out something that technically shouldn't matter though, since what matters to action games is enemy aggression, mobility and player options. Which Halo is also not particularly good at. Console shooters are trash.

This gave me a hearty chuckle

It's a great game. It being an FPS is fine.
It's not a "shooter," though.

"It's adventure, not action" is a way to clarify your statement that will result in less pedantic arguments.
I agree with it in spirit, though.
