"Kids on site" for Sega CD.
It was basically like a low-res interactive DVD about being a kid doing stuff on a construction site.
There was an excavator, a wrecking ball, and a bulldozer and/or steamroller.
Each had four directions you could face and interact with, and it played little video clips for moving/turning and interacting.
The best was the excavator, cuz you could interact with the dirt pile and then dump it on people, OR interact with the people and dump them somewhere else.

I got this game on a complete whim after seeing a thread here mention it was coming out with very little fanfare, made by the original creator of sonic. It's a lot of fun, especially for a game centered on waggle. Shame about the Wii U and 3DS version.

That gets brought up semi-regularly.
Has its moments, but requiring every single collectible to finish the game is a bit much, the SFX is poor and there's very little variety until you get into the prison complex.
Loading all the bosses into the 65% completion point was also a fucking bizarre choice.
Still, don't regret playing it. 10/10 aesthetic and ambience, and shits all over the source material's lack of quality.

I played this game called regions of ruin, Im kind of conflicted about it, its by no means a GOTY, its mildly fun, I just like games where you can play dwarves or see more of their lore ,the devs could do so much more with it..but ah well.

Shake Kids. Interesting JP only PS1 game with some fun mechanics, and I know of only like 5 other people who've played it.
Game had some really neat touches to it, and I remember looking for a simple compilation of the best community maps after but having no luck. I'm not sure I have the patience to try again now though.
Might be my favorite almost-shitty game. Falls right on the line sometimes, but it's got so much charm and unique mechanics that make up for it.
