Forgot to mention that she also won't ever age or get sick. Her hair did turn white upon drinking the elixir though, she had dark hair before drinking it.
She can also still feel hunger and pain, but she's built up a very high pain tolerance over the millennia. It should also be noted that her ability to control fire did not come from the Hourai Elixir, but was her natural ability that she's honed over hundreds of years.
For a few hundred years after drinking the elixir, she went completely insane, burning everything around her and acting like a crazed beast. After that, she spend another couple of hundred years doing absolutely nothing.
