No because you'll still aggro things initially. The tank has to then get it off of you when he can just have initial aggro instead and gain aggro while still moving forward. Just heal them after the pull finishes and then Holy spam to get the stuns rolling.

They did, actually. Afflatus Misery is a 900-potency Foul for them gained after using three other Afflatus heals, which are instant-cast 0 MP variants of Cure II and Medica and consume lilies. It's a DPS loss to fish for Misery if you're only whacking a striking dummy, but if you're going to be casting Cure II/Medica anyways there's no reason not to use the Afflatus version and that'll eventually build up to a free Foul.

It's not on Crystal and Aether. I play on the former and have been getting an alt clears on the latter.
People don't lock slots or generally meta slave. Roles are locked sometimes but that's for the best. They don't dare mention parsing and very rarely kick clueless idiots, even though they should. People usually don't get mad unless someone is seriously shitting the bed. I'm really impressed with how much better PF is than it was at the start of SB.

I prefer Stormblood because we get Blackest Night, which is one of the most fun abilities in the entire game. It's a literal fuck you to tank buster attacks as well as a powerful defense buff for allies if you can target them in time. But on top of that, you're rewarded with a free super move. It's fucking awesome. Dark Arts is fine as is, but it was made to replace the old form of MP management which was way more punishing and way better. Now with Shadowbringers, MP management is all but gone entirely. Thankfully, Blackest Night is still in and it seems to work similarly, but I'm worried about the next expansion being casualized as fucking hell.
