In the Xbox rereleases, they all get automatically unlocked if you have Nuts n Bolts or Tooie data on your system, and they unlock items in both Tooie and Nuts n Bolts. You could also get them by putting in the cheats from the N64 version, but that disables cheevos and I think saving because of how anal they were about them back then.

If you've never done it before, you have to train it first by feeding it pictures of stuff. For example, if you have a rock wall and want that upscaled, you need to show it hundreds of pics of rock walls first so it has an idea of what it should be doing. I don't know if there are profiles or anything online you can download for it though, so you might want to check.

I sincerely doubt it because the N64 era games and the 360 games are being run on the Xbone via Xbox 360 emulation. It would actually be a hefty chunk of work to port all of that. About that last point: some guy managed to get an Xbox emulator working on it. The thing is, most games run slow as hell or not at all except for some tech demos. BUT, that's the work of one amateur hacker, running on an emulator, on top of a virtual machine, on top of Ubuntu, on top of the hacked switch firmware. This is just speculation, but I'm sure Microsoft with its many resources, employees and original source code could manage to get the OG Xbox games working.
Now, the only real problem is the Xbox360 games. Sure the Switch should be able to run them... if these game were made to work on it in the first place. But even on the Xbone I believe they got it to work thanks to some backward compatibility shit they had integrated in the hardware. So unless they're prepared to do a legit port of these games to Switch just for the occasion, I wouldn't hold my breath.

If you ask me, best case scenario we get everything up to the Xbox games plus all the Nintendo exclusive stuff. A pretty good deal, to be honest.

You're preaching to the choir dude, like I said in my post if one amateur in his spare time facing a shitload of constraints can get a Xbox emulator to sort of work, I'm sure the guys behind the actual console would be able to get even better results. That applies to all the other consoles mentioned as well. (Except the Xbox360, no way you're getting a 7th gen emulator running on a Switch when the damn thing barely reaches 8th gen specs on a good day to begin with)
