The character creator in the first demo had the two v's completely naked with their naughty bits blurred out, implying that they did fully model their genitals. But the new demo reportedly had them in underwear for the character creator, so they might not actually be gully modeled at all. However they have also said in interviews that nudity was a really important part of the game so I'm not sure. We may just get Mass Effect style sex scenes where you don't really see anything and it's all implied. If we do get full modeled dicks and pussies than the answer will probably be yes. Even if the option isn't in the game it could probably be modded quite easily if the assets are already there.

I don't think you'll be able to make full on monstrosities in this game though. It seems like CP2077 will have 10 or so presets for few facial parts.
