With CTR drawing near release date on June the 21st I thought i'd finally google some answers that Yea Forums has never been able to give me even half-competent discussion on.
Upon googling I found this petition:

It still needs a few hundred votes. I'm sure we could get it to reach 1,500 if we all chipped in. I really don't want to wait a year for the game while everyone else will be enjoying it in two days.

We could do with a lot more than 1500 signatures to really show them they need to do a PC port despite the low sales figures for N. Sane Trilogy

spin is good if you want accuracy at cost of speed, but this is only for BULLETS. The browning heavy machine gun does best with a smooth barrel as all the force is put into speed and damage, and you shoot enough to offset accuracy.

to get a bachelor's/master's degree you have to pass all classes and write a thesis by the end. You choose some topic and/or project and write a paper on it.
A thesis defense is basically presenting that paper and your project and it's results to a committee, you hold like a 15 or so minute presentation on it and afterwards they can question you on it.
Based on all of that you get graded and either pass or fail it. It's just to make sure you know what the fuck you wrote your paper about and understand it
