Because JRPG and WRPG are regional terms, North American and Western Europe RPGs tend to share a lot of the same design philosophies, hence "WRPG"
Japanese RPGs just get their name because they're really different in design philosophy to Western RPG. Japanese turn-based RPGs don't play like Western turn-based RPGs, Japanese action RPGs don't play like Western action RPGs, Japanese tactics RPGs don't play like Western tactics RPGs.

The Japanese don't call games like final fantasy or dragon quest "jrpgs", they call them "light RPGs", because they recognise them as distinct from the pen and paper based games the west has traditionally made. Not all Japanese RPGs are LRPGS, but they are the most popular in japan.

you cann them different because back in the days when these terms were made they had a way to different gamedesign and their design was exclusive to their genre name.
Crpg and Arpg are 2 different genres. There is nothing such as action jrpg.
