Does the game randomly crash when opening books that tell you how to use skills for other people too? It doesn't always happen but it's happened twice now under the same circumstance, upon opening one of the books.

There is a fish that is supposed to drop a shard 100% drop rate that allows you to swim. Right now the values are inverted.
So that fish you killed had a 0% chance.
I got the aqua stream five minutes ago though. That's the only reason I got to the desert.

Quick question is the ghost shard drop rate fucked or what it never seems to drop also after a few seconds it flies off screen and never comes back
I'm playing on a PC for about 10 hours, locked 4k/60 for me with the only glitch being I got stuck in water and the game wouldn't let me do any commands to get out so I had to quit to main menu and reload.
My friend has the PS4 Pro version and just looking at his gameplay the framerate looks real real bad. Seems like its got frame pacing issues too on the PS4. Hope they fix that.

How tolerant are you to frame rate issues? I watched him play a later area and it was chugging, my friend even noticed it and he once said the frame rate of Fallout76 was fine and this was when that game first came out when it was running sub 20fps for huge chunks
