4 button inputs for each direction of the D-pad. I've always found it significantly easier to a lot of movement that way. Uppercuts are a 3 button press, you can hold down and do up + kick for Flash Kicks, Korean backdashing is simple, etc.

One day I'll do something to hide the ones under my desk. The SNES and PS3 ones I can't be assed to do anything about, though.
I grew up playing on small ass CRTs, my dad has always had small PC monitors and then I moved on to laptops which are 15". That monitor is fine for the most part, it's pretty low quality but it had to fit in the shelf. I do need to wear my glasses though, which I don't while I'm at my desk on my pc
It's 768p so there's a black band on the left, VGA with an adapter to fit on the PS3's HDMI, and it has no speakers so I have to use the ipod speakers below. Truly the thinking man's screen.
Right now I'm playing FF7 on it, it only runs in 576p so it's only taking two thirds of the screen and I don't even mind it.

Keeping everything bare and minimal opens up the space, and makes it easier to maintain total cleanliness.

There's an old ass dresser with a mirror facing towards the doorway in the corner of the right side of the bottom picture, but I'm gonna be getting rid of that and putting a wardrobe or tallboy in that corner but facing the same direction as the TV unit
