I rented and finished all of the first Wii version when it was pretty new, but I've had a hankerin' for some more lately. Are any of these possible to emulate properly? I've heard that Dolphin now supports the wiimote, but could I handle playing this with a mouse?

I'm emulating it with Dolphin right now. It works just fine with a real Wii remote, as long as your PC has Bluetooth. You'll also need a real Wii or Wii-U for the sensor bar.
I haven't tried using a mouse.

Only played Under The Knife. God I ragequit and dropped that game on the final boss harder than I've ever dropped a game. Went back years later and finished it though.
I wish the game had been more about learning the different tools and procedures, and then having to figure out yourself what to apply and where.
