Ideally all of them to play in order. If only one, Pirate's Curse as it's the best overall, but preferably Risky's Revenge before that because PC is a direct sequel.

Gameboy and 1/2 Genie Hero are roughly tied.
Riskey's Revenge is the worst.
They're all pretty short but quite fun.

Then play in the release order.
