Second, in mahjong the whole game is assembling a winning hand before anyone else and when you do you automatically win

Well one thing Underlords has over it is the performance. Underlord games load instantly and tft can take a minute+ if a person has a wooden PC. That might be due to how they did instanced map though.

Underlords made a lot of concessions though for that. Like there's no single big map that people are in just all separate instances which I guess is the point if they want to optimize really hard for mobile.

It's all subjective but I can see people thinking TFT has more charm because it keeps lots of the doodads and little technical limitations the original had.

It's like card games but you dont sit there autistically drawing 1 card and waiting for your opponent to rope every turn, and you draw 5 cards per turn, oh you also can bypass potential future lootbax laws that might render dcg's extinct. Then there's a deck building element inside the actual match along with income management and strategic planning/analytics. TFT even added another minigame inside the game inside the game similar to mario party. It's actually pretty well done.

Someone should make a Dota mod that takes all the units and makes some of them into 'basic' units, and leaves others as 'heroes'. You can build many basic units from buildings, but you need to gather resources using creeps as 'workers'.

Don't know but I think that's just a known bug. When you try activating a key and it's duplicate, the next key you try will give the name of the previous key instead of the actual game you're activating. Look in the Recent tab to make sure.

The thicc outlines really did make it look lower fidelity for some reason. Maybe solid black outlines didn't work too well with the kind of models they were working with. Me thinks the outlines should've been a darker version of the same model's textures, while being thinner all the same rather than solid black. I mean, solid black outlines could work depending on the art style, but maybe not here.

But once they dropped the outlines in the PC version, it just visually looks like DOTA 2.
