Maybe 1 in 50 healers will make some remarks like "you could pull bigger." Rarely you will get a healer that just starts pulling bigger for you.
95% of the time though, nobody will say a word besides "Hello" or "o/" through the entire dungeon.

Most people will understand if you tell them you're new to the dungeon, but if you see that your healthbar is barely moving when you tank a single pack, you should probably pick up the pace. Make sure to rotate your defensive cooldowns too to make it easier on you and the healer.

People rarely kick tanks unless they really, really deserve it, because the wait for an in-progress tank can get very long sometimes.

If you tell people that you're leveling and your gear is shit, you'll be fine. Healers might ask you to pull more if they feel like you can take it.

So far I haven't gotten any complaints yeah. I do warn them if it's my first time running the dungeon though (also being a sprout probably helps).

Oh also what the other guy said. Just say "first time tanking this" or "havent tanked in a while" and you'll probably get a few /cheer emotes thrown at you throughout the dungeon and 3 comms.

Most players that aren't tanks don't want to be, so theyre usually not harsh towards those that are. Also nobody wants to sit in the dungeon for 10 minutes waiting for a replacement if you decide to leave because theyre being dicks.
