The Prince is doing you a favor by letting you embrace some. The Nosferatu would be interested in embracing someone with a strong aptitude for computers. That doesn't mean they're going to want to embrace someone who wastes a lot of time on a computer.
The Tremere generally look for a person who works well in a strict hierarchy, is strongly loyal and has a clear head. Someone from the ranks of the military or a corporation, for instance. They don't necessarily care about occultists since the most of them are mush-minded and undisciplined dabblers. Plus they have all of eternity to learn about magic, but personality isn't something that can be taught.

It was a cut song from Hotline Miami 2 so if you listened to the soundtrack of that game you probably heard it on there. It was originally going to be played in Release (the Richter prison level) but got replaced by a different song late in development.
