yeah it starts off fun but then when you to 20,000+ people it's like watching a slideshow. they really didnt need to have every citizen be it's own entity

100% serious, Sim City 4 hasn't been topped and it's modding community is still massive and active.

Start with the network addon mod, then pick and choose buildings that suite your taste from either simtropolis/SC4Devotion.
Remember that some mods require tons of dependencies

It's not that I disagree, I just never heard anything about the game apart from the always online complaint. Also not the OP btw.

C:S problems hardly stop at performance. It's disgustingly simple and traffic is retarded. I like the game but for how popular it is it's got some fucking problems.
