Was it worth the money?
The game itself was fun, but I felt like it was really lacking in content for the price
Cadence of Hyrule
The remixes were kinda bad. It's like every single instrument was trying to out do each other and they were constantly clashing. Just loud noises being rammed into your ears and no synergy what so ever.
I enjoyed it a lot, but its kinda short
according to the time it took me 30 minutes to beat the game , the game is $25
it is not worth it
It was fun, but I also got tired of it pretty quick. After a few screens, you've pretty much seen everything the game is going to throw at you, and the main quest is pretty short. I'm glad I played it, but 25 bucks was definitely too much. Clearly Nintendo just tacked on the "Zelda tax" because they knew they could.
I liked the game, it’s a bit short though, even to 100% it. I still haven’t unlocked the 5th character, but it’s still about 5 hours for the rest
...you know there are leaderboards for this, right? Only 9 people have beaten the game in under half an hour, and I'm sure they weren't playing it blind.
That said, though, it does take only ~5 hours to 100%. It's pretty clear the devs would have charged $5-10 if Nintendo hadn't told them to raise it.
Permadeath is the real game, though (it boosts difficulty as well as the permadeath thing), and it's really fun -- took me about ten hours of playing that before I won my first run. So while I think it's overpriced, I'm not sure it's too bad.
Feels good getting on the daily leaderboards, even if there's only 14 people there.
I don't think there is a fifth character, honestly
