I've played both Borderlands 1 and Borderlands 2 and i don't know what drugs you were using in your playtroughs but for me they look nothing like the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay we've seen so far.

Sadly, I don't think it's going to be anything substantial.
It could have been interesting, but now, the shitfest has reached a point where I can't see them staying strong and making a good game with a great story, I more see them making a GTA clone in a cyberpunk setting.
It'll be violent, with maybe a few crumbs here and there tossed to the trannys and fags, but overall it's just going to be a soulless title that focuses on spectacle over substance.
It'll be a parody of itself really, given the core messaging behind the cyberpunk genre.
