Played a lot of quake and cs1.6 in my twenties, but now I just play co-op stuff like vermintide/ghost recon wildlands with my wife, or if in running solo, I'll okay some 4x like ck2 or stellaris with the star trek new horizons mod.
I just don't bother with competitive stuff anymore because I just don't have the time to practice. I still have a lot of muscle memory for aiming and hitting, but I don't have the time to learn the maps or mechanics in a new game, let alone the patience, so I've learned to stay away.
Occasionally I'll download CSGO, and get called a hacker in casual, but that's about my limit in "competitive" games these days.
