Consolewars used to exist because every platform was basically its own unique ecosystem of games with a few handfuls of multiplats between them all.
You would argue which was the best and it was actually fun because they were all legitimately cool and worth owning just in different ways.
These days every platform is largely the same, with even PC turning into effectively just the best console. There is nothing to argue about, there are almost no exclusives, the graphics don't really matter, consolewars are a hollow shell of what they used to be.
