In Germany we have height requirements for the army. A manlet that would lack the height would simply be denied service, equally a woman shouldn't be allowed. But since rules only apply for one sex shit like this in OP happens.

To be fair she seems like a shit soldier. I've seen way more competent female soldiers. The competent ones usually have a sports background, particularly gymnastics or cheerleading (not the type you do in high school)
