Agony had a succubus mode which is what this was based off of. When you changed the game from hide and seek clunk simulator to walk and kill things and look at the art it became ok

I bought that game hoping it would be great but it's so damn clunky and glitchy. The environments are good but in moat cases the lighting glitches and your stuck with this overly lit scene or too dark environment.
The devs are incompetent honestly. I haven't even played the unrated version they gave to users on steam for free after the fuckup they had with the base game.
I won't buy another one of their games again.

Agony Unrated overhauled both gameplay and graphics. Those changes were recently backported to the console versions, sans the Unrated content.

They added some traps and adjusted the skill tree a bit.
I never got very far in the original release compared to unrated so I am unsure of any other changes.

What about the other game they are making, Paranoid.

Off the top of my head, they added a minimap/map which helps navigation quite a bit. They reworked the progression system. Some of the level design was redone. I never played the original version, mind you. I've only played the Unrated version. It's basically what you'd expect from a post-release revamp. From what I've heard, the original Agony was extremely confusing and extremely frustrating. The version I played wasn't GOTY material but it was relatively consistent.

I think the cave area at the start ma's made a lot more linear, I remember stumbling around in it for a while in the original release but getting through fairly quickly in unrated.

Agony is one of the worst games I've played in the last 5 years.
