Wtf Yea Forums I thought I was supposed to get 30 FPS at 1080p, not 80fps at 1440p.
What a great card, glad I bought this and an i9 9900k and get to truly experience gaming the best possible way.

Who the fuck told you that? it's a great card, it just isnt good enough to justify a new generation and the price. It's hardly better than a 1080 TI.
Nice washed out colors you got there. RTX sux in Exodus
screenshot of your monitor?
This right here, the 2080ti is great if you're jumping from 700 series or lower. For someone like me that has a 1080ti though, it's not worth the minor increase in performance.
Rumored to be a quick "Super" revision announced this week with a July release.
Hope it will bump down non-Ti RTX prices.
>hardly better than 1080Ti
>looking at the amount of memory and not its speed
brainlet
I'm looking at benchmarks faggot. Specs don't mean shit if it doesn't perform.
I went from a 960 to a 2070. Was that a worthwhile upgrade?
Yes. Just going from a 60 to 70 of any kind is worth it.
I went from a AMD HD 6470 to a Vega 56. Very comfy upgrade
Thinking about getting the new ryzen 3600 or 3700x and this card in a few months. Waddya reckon?
What about someone with a standard 1080? I'm struggling at 4K on newer games, and it's not bottleneck because I have an i9.
based.
but...
>80fps at 1440p
how the FUCK are not getting 100+ fps like me
700 series? What about a 980? Is a 2080 or 2080ti a good upgrade? I still only have a 1080p monitor but it does 144hz and I'd like to hit that target in modern games.
Yes if the current benchmarks are to be believed
>I still only have a 1080p monitor but it does 144hz
then a 1080 is perfect
if you wanted 30fps on 1080p should've gotten the 2060
>2TB ssd
Why?
>low memory SSD and high memory HDD meme
If I have more than 2 TB that’s too much stuff anyways.
why not? an ssd is faster than a hdd so i dont want my games on a hdd. loading screens are very noticeably faster
Wow you must be rich.
I am still using a 4770k and 1080ti.
Still waiting on a worthy successor to the 1080ti which the 2080ti is not.
No reason to upgrade CPU because I game at 4k.
There's no universe that exists in which you are not a tremendous faggot. Cool Amano prints though.
