You can max observation levels, but the small parts of lore are not required for observation levels, but are for the Codex.

The fact that you missed out on execution bullets is actually REALLY bad in this case because it's the best method for dealing with something particular I can't spoil. I would highly suggest getting those A S A P without fail the next day.
The issue is that as I said, he is very fast. If he doesn't want to play nice with your agents, he'll take massive steps forward every bite and quickly get out of range unless you've got slow bullets/frost shard. In terms of strength you'll probably fuck him up...
... in his first phase. Best not to let him hit Phase 2.
Apocbird is more about micro than absolute raw damage output even though you need at least a fair bit of damage, but you don't need 15 gigachads to do it.

also, Attachment is the best one for Nothing There, in truth. Just a little, but might be worth considering during dangerous times.

No I mean I guessed for the Mountain, Nothing There's been in my facility since day 12 or something and he's got 999 PE boxes already, so does Blue Star. They're super easy to work on because despite the 1 counter on NT they both don't bust out unless you piss on them. NT is far more finicky though, the PE box requirements make it dangerous to do more than 2 works per meltdown session.
My best agents have the Da Capo gift and the Blue Star gifts, so I have an absolute king of white damage and the fastest employee in Angela's Funny Pizza Land. I've been trying to get Nothing There's gift on this girl for over 7 days of in game time with no luck until now of all times.

You have to reach level 11 meltdown basically.

I got worms midningt during Hokma so i just squatted in elevator room whole 8-10 Qliphoth meltdown levels and dispatched agents to regain energy from nearby anomalies.

Only Record is meltdown proof during Hokma suppress.
I wouldn't have it any other way, since Hokma requires all Briah cores suppressed, which requires all Asiyah cores suppressed; You'd only need to handle Extraction meltdowns, and it's entirely possible you suppressed Binah before this as well - further removing a core danger of his gimmick.

In the loadout screen her weapon and armor disappeared and when I started the next day she was standing there in Central, 'alive' but untargetable and showed up as dead when attempting to assign her. However, because the game couldn't keep her dead but have her alive visually, so when I reloaded she was alive but without her gear.
No, it wasn't Chesed's core suppression bonus.

Also throw in some time based abnormalities like Train, Parasyte Tree, and even WhiteNight. With all of this combined, you have a cancerous facility

Train is great for those facility wide heals

Queen/ Melty/Borb on Central
Most clerk killing abnos in one place like Monk, Borb and Smiling bodies
low counter like KoG next to Fetus
Wolf and Red right next to each other
The bird right next to each other

If you're prepared for Red, she shouldn't be killing more than 2 or 3 clerks. You should be fighting right outside her containment unit. And I'm presuming you don't have execution bullets, and if not I'm not sure why you would regularly be fighting Dusks unless you're doing malkuths mission.

I'm not sure what he's talking about, unless you plan carefully ahead of time Yin and Yang will almost certainly be in the same department, and most likely adjacent to each other, so practically everyone on their first time get yin and yang right next to each other.

Big Bird summarily ignored him even though the clerk remained possessed and even after Big Bird was suppressed the clerk remained in his walking animation, possessed, stuck in the hallway door.

Queen of Hatred is not a standard magical girl, she's a madoka style magical girl. I.e. she'll transform into a horrible monster at some point.
Most magical girls live as happy, normal young women once there's no evil left to fight.

King of Greed is just a generally selfish person who sealed herself and doesn't seem entirely upset by this.
Knight of Despair is really the only one that is genuinely able to function outside of that and suffers, probably because of how her sisters had ended up (i.e. a braindamaged killer and sealed in an egg). She couldn't save them.

MoSB and Army for Fortitude, Justice and Insight, then just get some easy WAW shit for Attachment. Those two Alephs are extremely easy to work with even with lower level agents, and if their Qli drops down you can either suppress them with ease or raise them back up.

Borb is important because Lamp amplifies Black Damage and his gift is also super solid but rare
Grave of Cherry Blossoms(b-b-but muh clicky shut the fug up it's a facility wide near on-demand max fucking heal)
La Luna(once you can slap her shit Performance is nothing but net gains across the fucking board)

i dunno, i find the spread of good he's and waws for training pretty well done across stats, especially if you're only talking about going from v to ex. as for alephs, more of the easy-to-work-with ones respond well to insight, fortitude and justice training than temperance, mountain is ez fortitude + justice, blue star for insight + justice, CENSORED is also workable with mountain armor and enough sp to tank the fear + black damage
