4/4. I am going to guess you've been gaming a long time and often like to go replay an old favorite.

edgy but true, though it's more to do with the fact you don't have as much time for games anymore so you stick with old reliable
you want something with vaguely psycological because it makes you feel like you understand the characters, which is to make up for your poor real life connections with others

San Bone Trio is bullshit!
Nice to see someone with F-Zero X. My favourite was Pico.
3/3 (TMB, SFII, SMA-S); definitely was into games before I was born and has developed some really well-rounded taste. You're a cool guy.
I haven't played anything here but I think you'd make for good conversation. Definitely want to try Killer7 at some point though.
1/1 (Cuphead); can't really get a read on you from these 4 very different games but I guess the variety says something.
3/4 (+TS2 +Shovel Knight +Sonic 3 -Melee); you're definitely one to cut to the chase and start doing shit, and fast. Melee being a negative is more me souring on it due to overexposure than it being bad.
Haven't played any of these either but I get the impression you're a good guy to have around. If you have any siblings they're lucky to have you.
San Bone Trio is way easier than Resurrection, especially on master. True bullshit
OP here
9/9 loved zeno clash and killer 7.
you like weird games.
4/4 lot of variety in 4 titles. good job.
9/9 expand your horizons
8/9 not into smash. nice taste.
8/9 didn't like botw.
i loved dc2
9/9 love sands of time, crane sessions in kung fu panda were pure fun.
23/23 didn't play battle chef brigade and transformers.
you had your big portable games share.
3/3
+Super Hot, HM2, PoP SoT
5/5
+Bloodborne, Catherine, P4G, Yakuza 2, Ghost Trick
It took me a lot of tries to get into Bloodborne but I ended up loving it
P4 gets a lot of shit for mostly deserved reasons but damn it did comfy right
4/4
+MGS2, Mother 3, SH2, H-L
6/6
+Deadly Premonition, Umineko, K7, VtM:B, MGS2, LISA
Really should get to Pathologic one day, it's been sitting on my harddrive for a long time now
Also thanks to the guy that had PS2 Berserk on his 3x3, I love it.
You love engaging sorties and you probably never flinched during a horror film.
You always listen to you favorite songs during a road trip which consist of variety of genres so it always catches passengers off guard.
You're always stuck behind that one guy in line who can't make up his mind in any kind of store.
HM2 Really is underrated also I should play another DQ soon.
You're the kind of guy who's up for anything just as long as there's good times to be had.
I finally got my thoughts together enough to make a 4x4 for vidya OSTs since I love the music in games a lot. I tried to limit myself to one rep per composer, and one rep per franchise. There's a few games on here I haven't played, for the record, I just loved the music.
>you had your big portable games share.
Well I definitely loved my GBA & DS Lite back when. What's funny is that Advanced Adventure was a gift from a kid I barely knew for a year and SI Extreme was a completely blind choice while in a Gamestop during a vacation. Is it weird that having two games on there you haven't played made me feel a little proud? I'd definitely recommend both. BCB combines genres in a smart way while telling a charming story that's essentially an Iron Chef anime OVA, and Devastation is completely unique in its mixture of elements G1 TF, Bayonetta, Vanquish, and Diablo.
>You're the kind of guy who's up for anything just as long as there's good times to be had.
I wish I was a little more like that but I'd like to think it's close enough. Maybe the second half of this year can help me with that.
>Is it weird that having two games on there you haven't played made me feel a little proud?
How so?
Zeno Clash is great. I encourage people to play it. Short though.

You seem like you're one of those guys that's just been around and gotten to just about everything that's come out. I guess a better way of saying it is I'm happy that I can recommend one of my favorites to somebody who's definitely played more and more varied games than I have. I like selling people on my favorites, it's why I keep coming to these threads.

I forget, is that one in the middle the one where it throws scat at you out of nowhere that I kept hearing about?
You could dig some more into PC gaming: RTS, point and click, story telling games and so on. Plenty of choice there.
About the ost i guess my 4x4 is the same in both soundtrack and overall games.
>Todd Howard: You can (not) play

starless
its not really out of nowhere but yeah
i played it first knowing nothing about it except for the huge anime tiddies i kept seeing so i thought it was purely fap material. i was very wrong, though i did have several wanks throughout the game
this is one of my favorite lines in the """game"""
I've been easing myself into PC gaming lately by getting Steam on my Thinkpad and getting deeper into emulation (next goal is getting some Saturn exclusives going, recently played some Alien Soldier). As for those genres, I generally like more active gameplay so I can't see myself gelling too much with story-heavy games. I remember having a decent time with Starcraft Brood War with friends in high school though. When it comes to proper Steam games, next in line is a demo for Dark Messiah to see how I feel about the gameplay.
I've also decided that I want to try some more ARPGs since Dragon's Dogma helped me acquire a taste for them about a year ago. Very excited for the Trials of Mana remake in particular.

I should finish Vallhalla.
Sure
This is real? There is a real Todd Howard visual novel?
I see you've played Afterburner Climax since the last time you rated me. Very nice to see that game live in some way. You find a way to emulate the PS3 version or just grab the rerelease of the mobile port?
I played the rerelease for a little while; thought it was surprisingly fun.
>You like games with jank
not necessarily. its mostly ost + atmosphere to me.
> - Age of Empires II
How?
RTS is a hit or miss genre for me, and I just didn't find AoE fun. The only ones I like, actively thinking about it, are the battle aspects of Total War: Rome/Warhammer, and Crusader Kings II.

Nice. I like Afterburner (at least the first two and Climax) because they're this streamlined midpoint between shmups and front-facing ship rail shooters like Star Fox. You just get in your jet, shoot down as many enemies as possible, and keep on fucking flying. The original got a bit monotonous, but it had that gyroscopic cabinet to make up for it, while 2 added mechanics and levels, Climax had way more variety in stages, and 3D II added its bonus campaign with remixed stages, new mechanics, and 1v1 rival boss fights.
Climax is worth sticking with to get all the modifiers that can make your runs even more fun. You can make it balls to the wall punishing or essentially burn through it on God mode, while changing some of the visuals and guaranteeing the bonus stages after the main final stage(s) on every run.
yeah its called you can not play forever
its really short and obviously a joke but its pretty funny
try this one weebman. don't tell me this isn't a qt gypsy

I played Superhot for an hour and got bored, furi is sick tho
Halo 3 is fucking amazing

EYE is fairly normal in base gameplay. First person shooter and buy upgrades and weapons from rewards. But then ability to learn and get into crazy shit like doors that hack your brain and backstabbing helicopters builds on it.
Some games lately I think look pretty interesting but not the time enough to put into.
Can someone explain how there was a typing tutor game on a console?
The game has dual benefits because it shows the moon rune corresponding to the word in english you need to scribble. handwriting is more romantic anyway
Please delete this and remake it so the fist in God Hand goes into the next box over.
Reposting mine. I'm not going to rate everyone because fuck gigantic reply chains, but most of you guys have pretty solid taste. I think I gel most with
I see a lot of games that were strong contenders for my own list. I should probably expand to a 4x4 so I can fit in more shit.
too much effort, sorry
