Capcom already burned out the magic of crossovers with their own characters and the Marvel VS Capcom series. Would be underwhelming if after months of nothing, the new character in SFV was Kyo or Jin.

Does Capcom do gacha collabs? I'm glad they're on the rise again to where they don't have to resort to a gacha but at the same time, the extra money could help fund other shit. They've got so many iconic designs.

Because they technically already have had Final Fight characters in as "guest" characters. Outside of that, mainline SF game has ever had guest characters. They don't need to either because Ryu, Ken, Chun, and Cammy will sell everything they need to sell without paying for licenses.

if anything they should just stop fucking dealing with Marvel. Marvel just causes the games to get rushed and have a bunch of dumb restrictions. Capcom should just make a new game in the MVCI combat style and just make it using only Capcom characters and properties. Then they can actually put time and effor into it without "hey Captain Marvel needs to be the hottest, make Chun Li and Morrigan look like they have Downs" bullshit
