You are guaranteed one piece from final chest. Other gear you might get or might not. In one of the interviews yoshi even hinted that trust will roll for loot against you.

Probably 1 item per boss. Normally dungeons drop 2 items per boss + 6 more from coffers.

There is 1 guaranteed piece of loot from leveling dungeons, but the NPCs will roll on loot as well.

Don't use macros for combat abilities. It's a mistake. It's always a mistake.

You can't 'queue' a macro. You press it, and it tries to fire. What this means is that no matter how fast you press it, there will be a gap between your GCD cooling down and the macro firing. This means macros are always a DPS loss. Regular abilities, however, can be queued up such that the moment the GCD is cooled down the ability is used.

MNK is heavier on positionals if you like the idea of hitting the back or the flank of the boss and being some sort of martial artist, if your latency is shit don't play NIN because it'll just frustrate you. NIN is simple until raid, it's pretty fast with the Jutsu but still simple until raid where you got a few different openers depending on composition and fight.
Don't forget you can also unlock SAM/RDM and try those first, you only need 20 levels for these which you can knock out fairly quickly. Both of these are pretty simple too. RDM at 50 is similar to Level 70 RDM, what you see is what you get, except that you can raise plebs and have a finisher for your combo.
