It’s really good, user. It has something that Dragon’s Crown just didn’t for me and I think it’s that the characters have decent stories and background.

Yes. I'd rank it below Vanillaware's other action games but it's solid (Leifthrasir version anyway). I just don't like the linear structure at all compared to Muramasa's Metroidvania type of level design. The story is Vanillaware's best and probably one of the only good love stories in vidya.

What this user said. Level design isn’t the best but the art and story make up for that. Gameplay is repetitive but never not entertaining.

Yes. It's pretty great, but be sure to play Leifthrasir instead of the original and play on hard instead of normal since the game is a cakewalk otherwise

Bought the PS4 version years ago and just haven't gotten to it. Really enjoyed the original and will probably love this one too. But for real, when are they re-releasing Muramasa? Bring the Vita version to Switch if Vanillasoft is worried about Sony's censorship.

I need to replay it again, I misinterpreted what happened I thought Odin told Onyx that there really isn't a love spell; I guess Odin lied to Onyx (so that Gwen can freak out, run away to Oswald just to take the Titrel ring later & bring it back to Odin) and Onyx figured out the lie on his own
