According to third party relationships, its obvious who the last two slots belong to: Ubisoft and Activision. Ubisoft was willing to even use Mario in a brand new genre thanks to Kingdom Battle. It just makes sense now that Rayman gets in. As for Activision, we are getting either Crash Bandicoot or Spyro probably. Both rather easily made movesets. Also all of these appeal to both Japan and the west really well. Maybe Bethesda instead of one of them, but if so it would be the Dragonborn. Skyrim is more iconic of the company now then Doom ever was.

Think Megaman's f tilt and neutral air, but his jab would be the pistol, f-tilt would be the assault rifle, down tilt would be the sniper rifle, and up tilt should be the shotgun, all of which function differently and need a moment to switch between when letting go of A before you can pull out a new weapon. Smashes can be more standard, like Gravity hammer f smash, Mine down smash, etc.
Also his specials should be
