In my timeline, Boss kills her with a 1911 after their sniper duel.

What happens then? How does the game handle Act 2 without her? What happens in A Quiet Exit?

I wish she had an actually interesting arc. Don't care about her outfit, quite like it, in fact, but she's still a boring character.

She was as interesting as characters got in the game seeing as she actually tried to do stuff rather than just giving you tape recordings that implied she was doing stuff.
Boss should've given her the cure just like everyone else and then just given her the merciless dicking she craved

There is no A Quiet Exit unless you go back and recruit her by replaying the mission. She's completely unnecessary for the rest of the game's story.
