I remember with dota back in the day, shadow demon's Shadow Poison was broken. It stacks with a multiplyer but decays after some time. One patch it had no decay so you could stack enough to kill a guy, but to most it looked like it was doing nothing.
Go around, poison stack everyone to kill them and then wait for a team fight, pentakill, say something like 'bankai'.

The KRISS Vector in Battlefield Hardline used to do 34 damage (3 hit kill) at 1,200 RPM with I think one of the shortest reloads in the game. Engineers also got the plate carrier gadget, so they'd take less damage when shot in the chest. It got nerfed, because babbies couldn't hande Big Daddy Vector significantly outgunning everything else in the game.

I remember that patch. I think it still decayed, it just refreshed the decay each time you applied it, so SD would just hide in the bushes and spam it on lane, then pop it for easy kills.
