True, there's a lot of shit I hate about FO4, but one of the things they definitely improved on was making halfway decent followers. Rather than having a gorillion that all have the personality of wet cardboard like in Skyrim, we get a small handful but they're properly fleshed out. So did Skyrim not have a voice director at all? I always find it jarring how there's zero consistency in how lines are delivered. For example, in the College of WInterhold, every character will call you Arch-Mage, but half them pronounce Arch with a ch, and the other half say it as Ark. Or how there are the canned lines by alchemists about how they sell reagents, but some off them pronounce it correctly as re-agents, and then others pronounce it as "regents"

They're completely low-effort. Literally just another random group of bandits in another random fort. Only difference is they have silver swords and there are a few werewolf corpses strewn about.

Every guild quest in Skyrim is worse than in Oblivion, but the companions quest is probably the worst of all. I have no idea what they were thinking with that shit. It's like they just wanted to make sure the player could have a way early on in whiterun to turn into the werewolf form they added into the game, and then they did the bare minimum to justify it.

There's a replacer on SSE nexus with a bunch of shit-tier models. But there's an outdated replacer with the lizard model on oldrim that doesn't work, but I was able to combine them by renaming and replacing the .nif file. Don't have the names on me, but search both LE and SE nexuses and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Decided to play an argonian who turns into a "werewolf" but I thought it was dumb having a reptile turn into a mammal, so I'm using that model replacer instead.

I want to use these forms but I just can't because of how fucking clunky it is to play in 3rd person. The fucking reticule doesn't even line up properly in these forms and you have to aim higher than you should to interact with things. And then there's issues like vanilla werewolf not even being able to loot bodies/containers so you have to fight through an area and then backtrack to collect all the loot.

Someone had uploaded it, but I guess he didn't have permission. It's still in beta so that's probably why the original author hasn't put it up, though it works perfectly besides the default config settings being a bit wonky.
