pixel art takes no patience or talent

maybe if you're making your own art and you know what you want it to look like
but copying a sprite takes time because every pixel needs to be exactly where it is in the original sprite and you constantly have to look at what you're copying to make sure you're doing it right

Don't most people just use websites/plugins/tools to generate the templates and list of required blocks?

I have to agree that pixelarts don't really take any talent but it's nice to represent the theme of your city of sorts

I'm not that guy but that's what the walls and roof are for. The stonework on stone looks great, very sturdy.

Would it look better if the blocks were reversed? Primarily sandstone with stone brick highlights?

I wish Minecraft had real boats. That you could set to sail and autoavoid land. So you could just fish and live the sea life... Stop to mine fuel occasionally.... Yeah.

There is a mod (literally called Boats) that allows you build sail-able boats. I think it's only for 1.7

If you dont want to change much try mossy stone bricks in there to break up the constant grey. Also adding raw andesite or polished andesite should help

more work but might look better over all:

I wanted a modpack or map where I could live exclusively under water and build water temples and farms.

I found an under water adventure map but it was for windows 10 only, because noxcrew are Jews of the highest order. I also found a sky block map that was on water, but it had no clues as to what the fuck I was supposed to actually do to survive on that plank of wood in the middle of the ocean.

I just want to be aquaman for a little while without resorting to cheating in shit to create my own adventure in vanilla
